Kim is very thorough and very patient. She explains everything to me in detail and is very understanding even though I ask a lot of repeated questions. Kim goes out of her way to help me all the time. She is also a very kind person and very thoughtful and is always available. Kim gives very good advice on what I need to do to buy a home and is very considerate of my finances and how to save money to buy a home. I also find her to be honest and respectful. I highly recommend Kim to anyone who wishes to buy a house. I am so joyous that a friend recommended her to me, Kim is an awesome lady! I will definitely call her again for my real estate needs in the future if I decide to sell my home. Kim goes out of her way to help me make the right decision on what to do and I pay attention to her suggestions. She is very complimentary. Kim is very knowledgeable about real estate. Kim is an excellent realtor. She was always punctual in our meeting times with her, and always sent homes for sale that we were interested in. I thought Kim was very knowledgeable and speedy with replies to our questions. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. I certainly will recommend her!

Very easy to talk with, very accomodating, comprehends my needs and wants and has a good understanding of how to work with me. I feel comfortable saying that she is very trustworthy. She advised me on many aspects of my home as well as ideas of what would be in my best interest to purchase and was knowledgeable about how the transition would work. She seems to have an instinctive ability to understand what type of property I would be happy living in in the category of affordability. She was not pushy but made suggestions. She is always polite and respectful during the process.She has been in this area for a long time and seems to know her way around the communities and what each area has to offer, so she knows the pros and cons and is able to match them to your needs and wants. I found her to be encouraging although she knew the down side of the situation as well as the pluses I have already recommended her to others.

Kim Clark is a terrific person and realtor. She is very caring and wants to make sure you get what you want and are treated fairly. I am a first time home buyer and was very nervous because I didn't know anything about the process. Kim helped me to understand the process, got me in touch with the people to help this make a great experience. She always stayed in touch with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. She was always available if I had any questions and answered them so I understood what was happening.
